Our Coaches
Say hello to our wonderful coaches. From 10U to 14U, we have a fantastic and dedicated coaching staff! We are still looking for a potential 8U coach for this season.
10U
Jon and Holli Allen
We are the Allen Family. Jon and Holli have been married since 2013 and have two children. Aubrey is 9 and Ryker is 6. We are all very excited to join the Miami Valley Legends this year.
Jon is thrilled to coach the 10U team and Aubrey can’t wait to make new friends and teammates. As the former head coach for MVL 8U accomplishing multiple championships and runner up finishes, he can’t wait to share his knowledge and skills and teach other young ladies the important fundamentals of softball. Jon played several sports in high school including baseball. Holli also played softball from the age of 5 through high school.
After high school, Jon went on to graduate from University of Dayton with an Engineering Degree and works for Honeywell in Dayton as an Engineering Manager. Holli graduated from The University of Findlay with a degree in Nuclear Medicine and will complete her Master of Business Administration at the end of 2023. She currently works for Kettering Health as the Network Radiation Safety Officer.
When we are not coaching softball or at work, we like to spend time with family, visit the beaches of Florida, and relax poolside.
